Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Product received within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Product unused, in its original packaging and sealed condition.

• Products must 
• be returned with all original packaging.

• Damage or defect must be reported immediately upon receipt — ideally 24 hours or maximum 2-3 days.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

1. Contact Customer Support via Email / WhatsApp / Phone within the return window. Provide:

• Order number

• Product name(s)

• Reason for return/defect

• Clear photos showing damage/defect

Who Bears Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit) → we pay the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, damage after opening, incorrect usage, etc customer pays shipping.

Refund / Exchange / Replacement

• Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• Exchange / Replacement: If the same item is available, we will send a replacement instead of a refund on request.

• If the item is out of stock, the option of a refund or a credit voucher will be offered.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the shipping process has not started.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the return/exchange policy may apply after delivery.
